Additional call - Erasmus traineeships summer semester 2023/2024

Dear students, dear students,

we would like to inform you about the call for tenders for practical internships carried out in the summer semester and of 2023/2024 (i.e. between 1.1.2024 and 30.9.2024 - including return).

The basic departure conditions are as follows:

-students of all study programs (bachelor's, master's, master's follow-up, doctoral) who will have completed at least the 1st year of study at the time of departure can apply

- during the entire stay abroad, it is necessary to have the status of a student (i.e. not to interrupt/quit/successfully complete your studies before or during your stay)

-minimum length of stay is 60 days

- it is possible to leave after completing the administrative steps no earlier than January 1, 2024, and the entire stay, including the return, must be completed by September 30, 2024

- abroad, it is possible to do a compulsory internship (for medics after the 4th or 5th year, pre-state 6th year), an optional internship (in a field according to the student's interest) or a combination of them. It is possible to choose one or more fields of practice. The student himself arranges the recognition of the compulsory internship with the Czech internship guarantors.

- the student secures the receiving institution himself. Universities (outside of current partner ones), hospitals, research centers, laboratories, etc. can be approached throughout the EU + Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia. The student independently contacts the selected institution and forwards any positive answer to the address: marika.bendova@lf3.cuni.cz, after which the login application will be made available to him. Please note that remaining funds are limited and scholarship award decisions will only be issued until funds are exhausted. We recommend not delaying the agreement of the receiving institution, in any case it must be documented no later than January 2, 2024, and at the same time min. 1 month before departure.

- for departure, it is necessary to pass a selection procedure, which will be held on 20.11. in afternoon hours. In order to register, the student must submit until 14.11. 9:00 an application form, which will be received upon request: marika.bendova@lf3.cuni.cz.
