The Student Research Conference of the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University will take place on
Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Traditionally, it will consist of lecture and poster sections. An expert commission will decide on the division of contributions into sections. Deadline for the submission of the abstract is set for April 16, 2026.

We are pleased to invite you to the next lecture of Medicine as a Science. This time, we will welcome Prof. Rüdiger Adam, an experienced pediatric gastroenterologist and hepatologist from Germany. Professor Adam specializes in diseases of the digestive tract and liver in children and adolescents, with a particular focus on the role of the intestinal microbiome in health and disease.
