Professor Rokyta awarded in the Senate

Prof. Richard Rokyta, lecturer at the Third Medical Faculty of Charles University and a leading Czech neurophysiologist, received on October 8, 2019 in the Senate of the Czech Republic the gold medal of the Czech Medical Society JEP for his lifelong contribution to Czech medicine. It was handed over to him by the chairman of Czech Medical Socie JEP prof. Štěpán Svačina in the presence of the President of the Senate Jaroslav Kubera. In his subsequent speech, he mentioned the nameday of his wife Věra and, with the words: "Live further blissfully and without pain," he concluded his thanks.
