All students and employees of the 3FM CU with an interest in clinical and theoretical research of cardiovascular, metabolic and neurovascular diseases are invited.
Prof. Doehner holds three certifications (internal medicine, clinical nutrition and cardiology) and works as the head of the interdisciplinary stroke research group in Berlin. Despite his young age, he is already the author of more than 300 professional publications.
He was involved in the establishment of the "Council on Stroke" of the European Society of Cardiology in 2016 and then served as its chairman in 2018-2020. Since 2022, he has been a member of the steering committee of the European Society of Cardiology.
