Prof. Dr. Daniela Hartmann, Ph.D.Please accept our invitation to another lecture of this year’s Medicine as a Science cycle. Our invitation has been accepted by Prof. Dr. Daniela Hartmann, Ph.D. from the Department of Dermatology and Allergology of the Ludwig-Maximilians University hospital in Munich.
In 2021, she has been awarded a prestigious award GERMAN MEDICAL AWARD for the usage of Laser Scanning Microscopy (LSM) method.
The topic of this lecture will be: Ex vivo confocal laser scanning microscopy for bedside histology and skin surgery. In her lecture, Prof. Hartmann will introduce the topic of LSM (Laser Scanning Microscopy) and it’s utilization when combined with artificial intelligence in diagnosing skin tumors during surgery.
