prof. Martin MeyerWe would like to invite you to the next Medicine as a Science lecture. This time, we are pleased to welcome Professor Martin Meyer, Dr. rer. Nat. Professor Meyer currently works as a senior researcher at the University of Zürich. Professor Meyer’s research endeavors have been focused on the neurocognition of hearing and speech: specifically, his team studies functional neuroanatomy of speech and language, age-related changes in speech perception and hearing, as well as neural correlates of tinnitus and dyslexia. The lecture will be On the relationship between age-related hearing loss and brain atrophy. The session will be in English and will be recorded. Lecture is funded by budget of Department of International and Public Relations of 3FM.
