A subset of PubMed is MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), the largest database of bibliographic records in public health, clinical care, nursing, dentistry, preclinical sciences, and other medical fields. Web of Science (WoS) is an international bibliographic and citation database covering thousands of scientific journals, a large collection of books and conference proceedings across disciplines. Information about publications is available including abstracts and cited references. It allows searching and tracking of scientific articles in terms of citations, cited sources, authors or journal impact factor.
Journal Citation Reports (JCR) provides a qualitative assessment of scientific journals based on citation responses. It is a source for obtaining bibliometric indicators such as Impact Factor, Immediacy Index, Cited Half-life and many other information.
