MUDr. Eva Kandrnalová ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** eva.kandrnalova@centrum.cz My name is Eva Kandrnalova, I was born in 1980 in Jindřichův Hradec, CR. I got my University degree in 2007 in Prague (Charles University) and then was qualified a (Prague). I am a dedicated and self-motivated, fully clinically competent GP with over eight years‘ working in hospitals (ER department) and clinics in Prague, Czech Republic and East Kent, Earlier in my carrer, I worked as on-site occupational health physician in two of the CR‘s automotive factories - Continental Automotive Brandýs nad Labem, Czech Republic and Toyota Automobile plant in Kolín, Czech Republic. My background also includes the position of Head Doctor of the VIP care department at AGEL in Prague. As part of this role, I became a family doctor and on-call doctor for VIP clien management of GE Money Bank Czech Republic, SKANSKA, RAIFFEISEN bank, Novartis or Unicredi owner of AGEL a.s. company himself together with his close family from 2014 – 2017. After that, I made the decision to broaden my professional experience by moving to a gener Kladno, Czech Republic (70,000 citizens) where I have proved capable of maintaining a good even when seeing a large volume of patients as a GP. I have also devoted myself to the loc education events, such as helping people quit smoking. In March 2018 I was recruited on the IGPR programme for international GPs, moved to the UK joined the NHS and started working in a small GP practice in Kent, UK. I find this experie beneficial to my GP career, one of the biggest achievements in my personal development pla up on my communication skills. The general practice in the UK gives their doctors more of compared to the system in the Czech Republic – they all work as „family doctors“ - they se kids, are more involved in various gynae heath issues, incl. coil fittings etc. Their pre education for GPs was also extremely well organised and led by the tutors. Supported by my surgery where I worked I was proud to pass the MRCGP final exams in October 2019 when I be the Royal College of General Practitioners. Due to some unforeseeable family circumstances we moved back to the Czech Republic in Marc then I have been working in a small general practice in Prague 7. I love my job and believe in a holistic approach to our patients.
